Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at DataGPT, you will be integral to our Growth team, driving the acquisition of new business. Your focus will be on outbound lead generation, utilizing cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and innovative strategies to drive quality leads. This role requires a proactive individual familiar with the sales process and skilled in generating leads to support our Account Executives.
Candidates should have experience in lead development and sales quota achievement. Responsibilities include developing effective communication and outreach strategies to secure qualified meetings with prospects. Preference will be given to those with experience in selling technical products, especially in the data analytics field.
🛠️ You will
- Lead the outbound lead generation strategy from inception to execution.
- Engage with leads via cold calls, emails, and various communication channels to build our sales pipeline.
- Create and implement targeted email and cold calling campaigns.
- Sustain engagement with active leads.
- Engage with prospects on social media platforms.
- Assess inbound leads from marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities.
- Employ outreach automation tools and CRM to manage contacts and schedule meetings.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings.
👩💻 You are
- Technical: Experience in selling technical or data analytics solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in SDR or BDR roles. Understanding of technical product features and the ability to relay this information in a clear, concise manner to potential clients.
- Communicative: Proficient in business communication, demonstrating fluency in English with excellent verbal and written skills. Capable of effectively engaging with prospects via social media platforms and adept at articulating the value proposition of technical products.
- Proactive: Demonstrated self-sufficiency with a proactive approach to tasks. Able to independently drive projects to completion while showcasing initiative and a detail-oriented work ethic.
- Quick Learner: A rapid learner, keen to absorb and apply new information.
